Overview
Pure Lovin’ Chocolate is a mother and daughter business run by Cyndy and Leah Blackburn. They make vegan, gluten-free and soy-free chocolates by hand in Victoria, BC, with organic and fair trade ingredients, and sell them in their shops in Victoria and Duncan and online across Canada.
The brand already had a loyal following, so the rebrand was about polishing what they had built. We kept the brand colours and the feel of the original wordmark, refined the type, and simplified the heart into an icon that could carry through everything. A few logo versions gave the system room to flex.
From there, the brand came to life across a wide range of products and places. That includes bar wrappers, cup and assortment labels, gift boxes, seasonal packaging and jars. In the shops, it shows up on hot chocolate and ice cream menus, A-frame posters, counter signs, flavour guide cards, gift cards and aprons, along with business cards and their website.
The result is one warm, consistent brand that makes every Pure Lovin’ treat easy to recognize, whether it’s on a shop shelf, at a festival table or at someone’s door.
